Harvested later in the season to capture the concentration and development of flavours that occurs with extended hang time and natural desiccation. This harvest created out of the grapes that we were not able harvest for icewine.

This Late Harvest Ehrenfelser boasts luscious aromatics of sweet florals and apricots, intriguing phenolics, and a lingering finish.
