Our beautiful house blend. Predominantly Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Riesling. Individual varietal components and ratios hand-selected selected to achieve a high degree of consistency from vintage to vintage. This is a wine that is aromatic, with a full and juicy palate.

Taste Profile:
​Aromatic and juicy. Notes of nectarine, white peach, and frangipani. Balanced sweetness and a clean finish.
Serving Suggestions:
A wine for summer sipping, and casual enjoyment. Pairs well with Thai food, grilled chicken, pork, sushi, salmon, prawn as well with pasta and crispy skinned salmon. For dessert think pavlova topped with kiwi and fresh berries.​
